Jason Simpson served his apprenticeship in jewellery design and goldsmithing with his father and joined the company full time in 1989. Jason received his Diploma from the Canadian Institute of Management in 1994.

Joel Simpson served his apprenticeship in jewellery goldsmithing with his father and joined the company full time in 1992. Joel received his HRD Certified Diamond Grader Diploma in 1999 from the Diamond High Council Antwerp.
